FREE Pre-Race Yoga Class
5:00 PM - 5:40 PMIf your regular pre-race routine consists of some squats and a hamstring stretch or two, give THIS a try! We will offer flowing movement and stretching to prepare legs, torso, shoulders and arms for your best race ever. You'll also try specific breath sequences that are designed to enhance concentration and cultivate a quiet mind. The class is FREE to race participants, so there's nothing to lose … except maybe a few seconds from your time! Be sure to bring your yoga mat!
